Submissions of any EOI (Expression of Interest) that do not comply with this condition will not be taken into consideration.

FLORA ISLE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLC will formally issue receipts, and unit distribution will be done strictly on a First Come, First Serve basis. We will need the remaining funds and required paperwork to move forward with the unit’s official booking as soon as an EOI is verified and a unit is assigned.
